Welcome to Fiza Car Rental. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Eligibility for Booking

   • The renter must be at least 21 years old.
   • A valid driving license and government-issued ID must be provided.

2. Rental Agreement

   • A rental agreement must be signed before the vehicle is handed over.
   • The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as received.

3. Payment and Deposits

   • Full payment and a refundable security deposit are required at the time of booking.
   • The deposit will be refunded upon vehicle inspection after return.

4. Fuel Policy

   • Vehicles are provided with a full fuel tank and must be returned with the same level.
   • Any discrepancies in fuel levels will be charged accordingly.

5. Usage Restrictions

   • Vehicles are for personal use only and must not be used for illegal activities.
   • The renter must not sublet or allow unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle.

6. Insurance and Liability

   • Basic insurance is included; however, the renter is responsible for any damages not covered by insurance.
   • In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately inform Fiza Car Rental and follow proper procedures.

7. Late Returns

   • Late returns will incur additional charges based on the rental rate.
   • Contact us in advance if you anticipate a delay.

8. Cancellation Policy

   • Free cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the booking date.
   • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

9. Maintenance and Repairs

   • The renter must inform us immediately if the vehicle experiences any issues.
   • Unauthorized repairs by the renter are strictly prohibited.

10. Indemnity

    • Fiza Car Rental is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
    • The renter agrees to indemnify Fiza Car Rental from any claims arising from improper vehicle use.

11. Amendments to Terms

    • Fiza Car Rental reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
